I also would have liked a larger, more polished bow to make the presentation feel more special. The cost was a bit disappointing as well. Between the delivery fee, service fee, taxes, and tip, the extra charges added up quickly. I'm still not sure what the service fee actually covers. Overall, the experience was just okay. While I wasn't unhappy, I'm not convinced it was worth the price.”
